  • Maintain a centralized release calendar across engineering and product teams.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as the program coordination point across Engineering, Product, Client Success, and QA.
  • Facilitate regular updates and syncs to ensure delivery alignment and remove blockers.

4. Risk & Resource Oversight

  • Identify delivery risks, slippages, and resource bottlenecks early; escalate as needed.
  • Track velocity, throughput, and sprint health to optimize delivery capacity.

5. Governance, Process & Reporting

  • Ensure documentation, sprint artifacts, and Jira hygiene are maintained in accordance with Tookitaki’s governance practices.
  • Generate weekly dashboards, sprint reports, and executive summaries for leadership.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify patterns in delivery challenges and work with leadership to improve processes.
  • Champion Agile best practices and sprint discipline across engineering teams.
